Installation problems with SoundSoap Pro in OS 10.2.x
Follow the instructions below if you attempt to install SoundSoap Pro in OS 10.2.x and receive this error message:
- Navigate to this directory on your hard drive: Hard Drive/Library/
- Create a folder called PreferencePanes in the Library folder (Make sure the name of the new folder matches exactly).
- Run the SoundSoap Pro installer again.
**If you are unable to create a folder in step 2 go to this directory: /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility and repair permissions for your hard drive, then start again from step 1 on this help page.
