Glyphs unable to install into menus.

This issue was fixed with Peak 5.2.

Some users have reported this error, and there is an easy way to resolve it. If you are having this problem, do the following:

  1. Navigate to System Preferences in the Apple Menu
  2. Click on International (Language Localizations)
  3. Move Francais (French) to the top of your list in order of language preference
  4. Close the International Window
  5. Launch Peak 5.02 and verify that the menus are all in French
  6. Quit Peak and Launch the System Preferences in the Apple Menu
  7. Click on International (Language Localizations)
  8. Move English to the top of your list in order of language preference
  9. Close the Window
  10. Launch Peak and verify that you now have menus and that they are in English


If your System language is set to "Nederlands" (sometimes referred to as Dutch)

Go to the Applications folder on your Mac. Hold down the control key and click on the Peak 5.2, a menu will appear. In the menu choose "Show Package Contents". Go into the Contents folder, then into the Resources folder. In the Resources folder you need to find:

"nl.lproj" and drag it to the Trash, then Empty the Trash.

This will fix the problem.
